It's snowing heavily today. Heavy enough to make me so tired of Cleveland. And the cold. Urghhh... I think twice before going out.

Let's fight Streetfighter 120!!!
A lot has happened in this week. I think it's better to be told after Adda got here. Really miss her a lot. Don't cry, eh? Everything, God's willing, will be alright.
So, today's collection of photos were taken by Atty and me. I'm just exploring the possibilities of the assortments in my room could make. It turns out better than expected.

My cat is an omnivor. Yesterday, he ate the sweet glutinous rice (which Adda cooked as bubur merah putih) and today, he at the corn (not sweet, just like the baked corn on the cob). My God, I wonder if he's a cat or a monkey.
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way...Oh what fun it is to ride...

Aku ingat nak pegi untuk relax2 tapi rupenye pegi untuk memenatkan adala. bengong.
Malaysians were not supposed to celebrate New Year but we were there by mistake actually. We actually plan to go to Central Park because last time there was not much commotion there but we ended up getting out at the outlet to the main stage! Of course the main stage didn't face the audience. It just there to record performance and mumble jumble of "unfamous" people. So much for live at Times Square, we still needed to look at the big screen.
So, when a guy climbed up the phone booth, I thought it's kinda a good idea to make the hours of standing worthwhile. We couldn't get out of the place anyway (The polices kinda questioned us on apekedeheck were we thinking trying to get out of that place, more importantly, from the main stage...The main screens near MTV, a separate area)

Cleveland at nite

The temperature rose a bit [48.2?F (9?C) from home.cwru.edu]. Feel like almost walkin around in the Spring. So, I thought it would be better to record what I saw while walkin home from work. Too bad the pics are not exactly as I see the world. Glad the cars were not as much as those at 4 pm. 
The snow's melting today.

Marble Cake

It's kinda funny when thinking back of what happened during the making of this cake.
First, we thought it was kinda a cooking class.
Then, it happened.
Adda accidentally added one cup of sugar into the mixture while beating the white egg (Yolk is the yellow part, what's for the white part?) when the one cup of sugar was intended for the whole cake (The white egg mix and the yolk mix).
Then, another thing happened. The white egg mixture is not mixed to the expected result. So, we end up making everything double except the sugar.
Then, everything went well. Adda really hoped it'd turn good, not another disastrous aftermath.
Then, we finished baking. The cake was like a balloon when Adda took it out of the oven but calm down to a steady state (chemistry?) after it cooled down.
It was very fun. I'm glad it turned out very good. 
I watched Cardcaptor Sakura before and it was said that you'll cook well if you make it for a special someone (whom you love  ). I've tried it before and while making this cake, and both of the cookings turned out better than expected.
Of course, it's just an imaginary special someone.
